amazing stay with convenient access!
super comfort great variety friendly staff
the suite was huge, i received an upgrade. the bed provided super comfort, and the living room suited relaxation perfectly. i loved the bathroom design, water pressure and temperature worked fine. crossing the road provided immediate access to suria mall. breakfast included lots of variety and great quality, a lovely treat.
the hotel should consider providing children's tooth sets and brushing cups, considering it is not children friendly. my child broke a glass while brushing teeth. i had to pay a fee, which i found excessive because they did not provide facilities for kids.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness by arranging a local trip. the service was excellent. the team allowed me to stay a bit longer, because my flight was delayed that day. We loved this.

the breakfast included delicious, fresh food. the buffet offered a variety of options. i enjoyed the restaurant's atmosphere, it was really nice. it created a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

shower area ceiling black spots
the location was really good, it was easy to get to suria shopping mall just across the street. that was fine.
i found some black spots on the shower area ceiling, likely mold. it was a bit disappointing for a hotel that's supposed to be five stars. i reminded me of i was paying for the name more than the actual quality.

the room was spacious and quiet despite being near a shopping center the staff were efficient and helpful i appreciated jervey at the front desk for arranging a driver for a half-day tour i needed this was helpful since half-day tours were unavailable
