generous upgradesuperb optiongood taste
the reception offered a generous upgrade for a reasonable rm50, moving us from a kinabalu wing mountain view to an ocean view. breakfast options presented a superb variety and good taste. the hot water in the bathtub worked perfectly (a relaxing experience after a long day).
the evening meal choice was quite limited, requiring careful planning for dining options.

the hotel benefits from its close proximity to the airport. despite this closeness, the location maintains a peaceful atmosphere was great. this balance of accessibility and serenity enhances the overall experience.

the breakfast buffet offers an really good range of choices, catering to diverse palates (i especially enjoyed the local fruit selection). the staff in the tatu restaurant are attentive and create a cute atmosphere for all guests. dining experiences are elevated through personalised service.

i loved that the hotel was near the seaside. this made it easy to relax. i felt calm . it became my go-to hotel whenever i stayed.
the tv and safe box were not working correctly too. i spent two hours in the room waiting for the staff to repair the safe and the tv.

the breakfast buffet included much variety, it was amazing!!! the facilities, like the recreation room and the pools, were great. we even visited the clownfish discovery center and saw clownfish eggs.
the air con was not good. i set it to the coldest setting and still woke up sweating. the pillows offered no head or neck support. the sunset packages at the sunset bar were overpriced.

non-functional key cardunfulfilled request
I faced a couple of issues . My room card failed to work, and the front desk staff did not offer an apology. I also asked them to transfer my reservation to the sunset bar. This request was never completed. It was annoying to deal with these problems.
