i felt so pampered . the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a suite, complete with complimentary drinks. the spa package was a dream, with the staff always ensuring our glasses were topped up with bubbles. afternoon tea was such a delight, especially with the gluten-free options available.
the self-service breakfast was slightly lacking, and it sometimes required asking for items like bread or coffee.

This hotel is 4 star. Check-in involved a warm, genuine smile. The decor showcases class. Bedrooms have everything one could need and more. Restaurant food is prepared with love. A team is clearly at the top of their game. Breakfast equalled the standard of the evening meal. I did not want to leave my comfortable bed.

excellent spa helpful staff fresh food spacious room
i found the spa facilities excellent. the staff were so helpful. the food was fantastic and fresh. the room was spacious and clean. every team member was helpful and polite which greatly improved my stay. i am grateful and would recommend it to everyone.
the rooms could do with a very slight update overall though the hotel itself is lovely.

The hotel offers a spa area with jacuzzi. I saw comfortable robes available in one size. a rasul mud chamber is present, complete with soft lighting. It ensures a relaxing experience. also available are foot spas and massage chairs.
