lovely experience
excellent spahelpful stafffresh foodspacious room
i found the spa facilities excellent. the staff were so helpful. the food was fantastic and fresh. the room was spacious and clean. every team member was helpful and polite which greatly improved my stay. i am grateful and would recommend it to everyone.
the rooms could do with a very slight update overall though the hotel itself is lovely.

The hotel offers a spa area with jacuzzi. I saw comfortable robes available in one size. a rasul mud chamber is present, complete with soft lighting. It ensures a relaxing experience. also available are foot spas and massage chairs.

The double room spa i stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. It was super clean. extra treats like port and bottled water were available, which i very much appreciated. herbal teas and crisps were also provided in the room.

the hotel has plenty of space and free parking. it is situated in a countryside location, which creates a quiet environment. the area safety was good. the surroundings are picturesque!

The staff were consistently helpful and courteous. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. they were always cheerful and ready to assist. the breakfast service in the restaurant was quick and attentive. i was grateful
