The reception staff was efficient during check-in, i was so impressed. the staff was also very polite, informative, and helpful, i really appreciated it! the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was just what i needed.

The breakfast service met my expectations. It was acceptable.
the valet parking staff damaged my car battery because of inadequate training. the staff were unfriendly and did not seem adequately prepared to handle their responsibilities. this lack of professionalism caused significant inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. i found the location perfect. It was easy to get to every part of the city within a reasonable time. the chefs were happy to accommodate any request. the hotel facilities were amazing.
the room was noisy. the hotel is close to a crowded road and a mosque. the windows are not noise proof and i could hear people speaking outside!

The staff was amazing. They was so polite. The room and facilities was really clean and in very good condition. Breakfast was great.
I received a call next day. They ask if I took an alarm clock from the room. The guy was like check in your bag, maybe it fall in your bag. I was shocked for such accusation.
