the pool area was nice. the pool is big and it wasn't too deep. the room interior was good. i like the room.
customer service felt bad. we booked a restaurant and got the table late. staff weren't apologetic. we wasn't allowed to throw the diapers in the garbage and were meant to keep them with us.
