professional staffrooftop poolconvenient shuttle service
The staff members were very professional and helpful. The rooftop pool included a towel service. Daily shuttle service to La Mer beach was convenient. The spacious rooms had all necessary appliances including a washing machine.
The air freshener scent in the rooms was quite strong.

The room was neat I found the bed comfortable.
The area outside was quite filthy I did not find it suitable for family stays. The furniture appears old the carpet looked dirty. I noticed small flies inside the rooms the staff said all rooms had them due to a flood.

solid stay with attentive service

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the triple studio kitchenette offered ample space. i appreciated the washing machine in the room. it proved useful for managing laundry .
the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan making it difficult to use one after another

The staff were very helpful. I appreciated the welcome gifts my kids received. The room was well equipped with basic items.
The rooms weren't very clean. There were small insects flying around in the room and bathroom. Even after cleaning, they were still there, annoying.
