really good servicegood foodfresh mineral water
Raghav at the lobby counter was really good. He completed the check-in process quickly. He encouraged us to return soon. The south Indian food had a good taste. The ambience complemented the cuisine well. I enjoyed my experience. The bathroom included warm water for showering. I had a nice view from my room. I received fresh mineral water bottles each day after the room was cleaned.

The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious layout. I noticed that it featured a work desk with multiple power outlets for convenience. The blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep, I found them very useful.

we celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary here. the buffet was amazing!!! marful, jebina, and amen provided great service. they surprised us with an anniversary cake, a thoughtful gesture. the food paired well with the genuine hospitality.
i found that replies from the dining staff were not always prompt. i asked for sweets at night. a staff member replied that sweets are only given once.

the staff are always willing to go above and beyond to meet guest needs. i want to give a special mention to prachi, satyajit, and vishal. their sterling service and customer care were amazing.

the hotel grounds are clean. staff provided a great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. the team are respectful. i love the indian tea offered everyday.
the bedsheets were very thin, and are not warm enough. blankets offered little comfort. the welcome drink was absent during check-in. billing was not clear and lacked clear explanation.
