excellent stay in a comfortable room
amazing restaurant great dinner smooth breakfast food quality
the staffs service was perfect. the restaurants are amazing with every visit. i stuck to grand pavillon for both dinner and breakfast. i was very pleased with the quality of food and the service by the staff.

the room boasts wonderful views around. the room size and layout were comfortable, with thoughtful designed décor which presents well. it offers everything i expect from a quality stay.

adequate stay with minor issues
grand facade tasteful marble wonderful view check-in information slow service missing soap
the building has a grand facade easily spotted. marble use is very tasteful. the rooms had wonderful views. food options are great, especially with restaurants from itc sonar.
the front staff did not give enough information at check-in. service was slow. soap was missing from the room.

I totally loved the gym! It features the latest machines, it is clean, and it is spacious. It feels more like a professional fitness center than just a hotel gym. The food and services are awesome too. Aditya and Rahul provided excellent service. It..
Checking in and out was a bit of a hassle due to a big queue. Some people cut in line, and the receptionist helped them first. This was not professional. The hotel charged me twice for the room tariff. The first room assigned to me had a strange smell and was not properly cleaned.
