faulty showerpoor service
The shower leaked. Maintenance addressed the issue promptly, but only after some argument, I found it unnecessary. I attempted to order food, however I was refused. The restaurant was busy but not at full capacity. I was told that without a reservation, service was impossible, despite empty tables. This contradicts my 50+ previous stays. There was no effort to accommodate me, not even a simple burger, which I consider poor service. This experience left a bad impression.

Excellent Stay for Battlefield Exploration

The reception staff welcomed my dog warmly and even offered him biscuits.. a very nice touch. The location proved great for exploring the battlefields. The room was quite comfortable for my short stay.
The food variety at the restaurant seemed limited.

easy accessfriendly staff
The location had easy access to nearby world war i sites. the staff were cute. i found the hotel easy to find and the free parking was very convenient. It saved me the hassle of searching for a spot. the reception staff expected my arrival. they seemed to enjoy their job. the evening meal proved excellent.
