charming thai getaway

i found the staff to be helpful and polite the spacious room had comfortable beds i really appreciated the attentive and efficient housekeeping services that kept everything super clean throughout my visit the hotel's proximity to the metro station made getting around very easy.
the noise at night was a bit disruptive i found it hard to sleep well one evening because of the sounds from outside i think better soundproofing could improve the experience.

the rooftop swimming pool is a great amenity it provides a refreshing escape from the city heat i noticed it included comfortable seating and offered fine city views for a complete relaxing experience.

the staff provided prompt and courteous service they were quick to address any inquiries i had they helped me with directions i saw they handled requests efficiently making my stay very smooth.

the breakfast spread included both local and international options i enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries available the dining area was clean the staff maintained it well i found the variety sufficient for a good start to the day.

The room was spacious and clean. I found the bathroom to be a good size. Everything functioned properly. The staff members were all lovely and helpful. The location is convenient, situated in the city center.
The soundproofing could be improved. Noise from outside was occasionally noticeable.

Location was acceptable. The rooftop pool was rather neat.
My stay did not start favorably. They demanded a deposit. I did not have the required cash and had to locate an ATM. I consider such inconveniences completely unacceptable.
