excellent service comfortable bed noisy air conditioning damp smell
the restaurant staff, especially mr sanan at open restaurant, provided excellent service. food at open restaurant tasted delicious. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable.
the air conditioning in my room was noisy (particularly at night). i noticed a damp smell coming from the ventilation system in the room. i had to check out early.

excellent service, minor noise issue
excellent selection concierge team
the room was comfortable and well-appointed. breakfast had an excellent selection each morning. sam from the chef concierge team was a true gem, showing warmth. the staff were helpful.
the ac in my room was noisy, it got worse at night with a faulty motor-like sound. this disrupted my sleep. the front desk changed my room promptly, the second room's bathroom had a foul smell.

mixed feelings about my stay
hard cheese noisy room
The breakfast was a real letdown. the cheese was rock hard, practically had to break it. desserts often seemed dried out. plus, getting a simple coffee was like a struggle. They messed up the order most times. the rooms also had problems. the noise from outside and other guests made it hard to sleep.
