I found the staff very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. The hotel's proximity to the shopping center was a definite plus. It was really convenient. My room featured extra space and a disabled bathroom, a nice touch. The elevator worked reliably, a HUGE bonus.
The food selection felt limited and the taste was not great. Improvements are needed.

The hotel is located near the highway, so access is straightforward, AND it's only a short drive to the ferry terminal. Very handy. There is a large shopping center opposite the hotel with plenty of shops and food options.

i found the staff very helpful with directions. the location was fantastic because of the proximity to the ferry. i appreciated the designated motorbike parking as the car park was full the next morning.
i noticed there were only two plugs in the room in strange locations. i expected more for the price i paid.

i noticed only two plugs in the room located inconveniently and shampoo or conditioner was not available in the bathroom
