adequate stay but some issues

water temperature rude people

the staff were friendly and the disability parking was close to the entrance.

the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control in my room. this really affected my stay. also some guests were rude in the swimming pool but i understand this is not the hotel's fault.

the reception staff were friendly. parking was included . the hotel is close to a massive supermarket. the pool was ideal for the hot weather. breakfast was good and tasty with diverse options.

The water temperature in the shower was hard to control. It slightly affected my stay.

The shower's water temperature was difficult to control in my room. It significantly impacted my stay. also, some guests in the pool were rude, which i understand is outside the hotel's control. the incident affected the overall atmosphere.

The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Disability parking was very close to the hotel entrance, which I found helpful

I found it impossible to control the shower's water temperature in my room. This negatively changed my perception of the stay. There were also rude people in the swimming pool
