the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for accessing the highway.

The shower's water temperature was difficult to control in my room. It significantly impacted my stay. also, some guests in the pool were rude, which i understand is outside the hotel's control. the incident affected the overall atmosphere.

The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Disability parking was very close to the hotel entrance, which I found helpful

I found it impossible to control the shower's water temperature in my room. This negatively changed my perception of the stay. There were also rude people in the swimming pool
