The staff were cute. That met expectations.
The room lacked cleanliness. The carpet had not been hoovered. The bathroom also presented dirty conditions. There was no hand soap. Neither shampoo nor shower gel were available.

the staff was kind at check-in. i also appreciated tea and coffee facilities in my room. biscuits were a nice welcome (i ate them with the coffee).

The food options were quite limited I expected more variety. The room required some attention to detail with visible cobwebs in the bathroom. There was also a distinct lack of sufficient toilet paper it should have been better stocked.

The building has great grounds and modern features. I appreciated the well-stocked bar. It offered a relaxing end to my days. The staff were lovely and helpful (always smiling!).
The food menu was more limited than the online details indicated.

the room had character with nice furnishings. i appreciated the convenience of a fridge. tea and coffee were available for hot drinks. a spacious garden was on the side. a big carpark was at the front.
The water temperature in the shower wasn't adjustable. I found it difficult to get it just right..

I liked the ample parking available. staff were really clean and warm. I found many facilities. Towels, tea, coffee, bottled water, a fridge, a hairdryer, soaps, shower gel, and shampoo were all present. the shower consistently supplied hot water.
the menu had limited food options. this meant i had to find food outside every night. it was inconvenient since i booked for four nights for work.

The staff helped as much as possible. They were very friendly. i noted locals used the bar. It had a lovely atmosphere. the staff were cute, and always available to assist with any questions.
