The location was convenient, literally next to the bus station. Though the parking was expensive.
The room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning didn't work, made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. the towels seemed old and worn, definitely seen better days, adding to the feeling that things weren't quite up to par

The hotel was right next to the bus station, a real plus for travel. a big supermarket and a local bus stop were also close, so getting around was easy. the room was a typical size. I found it perfectly functional.
my room was never cleaned during my three-night stay! the receptionist said cleaning only happens every three days, this felt inadequate for the price.

The room service policy is baffling. My room wasn't cleaned during my three-night stay. I had to ask for fresh towels. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room remained uncomfortably warm. The staff didn't seem concerned about these problems.
