lovely river good temperature
the location had a lovely river nearby. the spa had a good temperature plus different saunas and showers.
the hotel did not have tea or coffee in the room though there was a kettle.

breakfast buffet cozy spa polite staff
The breakfast buffet offered tasty options.. a good variety filled us each morning. The hotel provided a clean, cozy spa area, with two large swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a warm water kids' pool. Staff members were polite and helpful.
The room's sound insulation was poor, and noise from other guests disrupted our sleep.

inadequate soundproofing uneven shower
The hotel room felt quite cramped. The bed, in particular, seemed too small for two people. The showerhead sprayed water unevenly making it difficult to wash properly. the soundproofing was inadequate as I could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway. It detracted from a restful stay, small bed.

the breakfast was great , lots of plant based options AVAILABLE. it was possible to rent A bicycle. the location is great , close TO everything. the staff was very polite , Always ready to HELP.
the hotel IS modern , but the room lacked Sufficient lighting for reading.

I found the staff polite. they smiled at me. i was gifted vitamin d upon arrival. It surprised me! the hotel design appealed to me. i enjoyed the reading room.
Our room was quite small. there was no table. Only a shelf sat next to the wall. i also noticed there were no cups, tea, or coffee available. the wardrobe space felt very limited.

clean zone mineral water
the spa zone was very clean. the hotel provides both fresh and mineral water at the entrance. the architecture seemed super interesting! the facility creates a very relaxing atmosphere.
i waited almost one hour for our room to be prepared upon check-in. it wasn't an early arrival, though the room was not ready. that was not convenient.

clean hotel good spa clean towels small room narrow bed nonexistent sound insulation
the hotel was very clean and the spa facilities were very good. saunas had the correct temperature. plenty of clean towels were available along with a robe and slippers in my room.
I was given probably the smallest room in the entire hotel. the bed was only 140 cm wide for two people. the sound insulation was nonexistent. I could constantly hear someone walking above me.
