The location was good. It allowed easy access to the tram. The breakfast was amazing. They provided coffee and waffles that you can make yourself.
The room was very hot at night. The air conditioning did not work. The bed was too short for me and there was no decent closet.

The tram stop near the hotel made accessing the city relatively easy.
The room was uncomfortably hot , even with the heating turned off. This made it difficult to sleep. the absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient (i expected basic amenities).

I liked the friendly staff. The hotel has a decent location near transport links. The breakfast included many choices that were very tasty. I found the room was clean and well-furnished for the price. excellent breakfast, good location, well-furnished room

The staff was polite and attentive. They supplied maps and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Reception staff checked me in quickly and efficiently. The service met my expectations.
