The location is very central. i found many eating places at a short distance. The S-Bahn to go elsewhere is close TOO. The hotel is a few mins walk from the Hofbrau Haus, Marienplatz, and tons of restaurants.
the SOUND-PROOFING of the room is awful. i could hear neighbours cough, and their alarm in the morning was ringing as if it was in my room! also, cleaners were knocking and opening the room door at 08:00 when i was still in bed. no locks on the door AS all IS on the phone!

the location is fantastic. it is just around the corner from lots of shopping and dining.
the soundproofing in the room is not great. i could hear neighbors coughing. their morning alarm.
