dirty towelstreet noise
the towels weren't perfectly clean (i found a stain on one). the street outside was noisy at night. i could hear cars and motorcycles passing by, quite distracting (even with the windows closed). it made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The location was convenient to the shopping district. The walk was quite manageable. The breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options. I found a coin operated laundry to be useful.
The staff was not always helpful. They seemed short staffed at times. The room was quite noisy at night because of traffic. The bathroom had an unusual layout with the sink in the main room.
