I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location is super convenient. Close to lots of restaurants and metro stations to explore everything. i also loved the coffee facilities that were available for free in the breakfast area!
the room heating did not work perfectly, and blew cold air sometimes. this was despite being set to maximum.

this hotel provides water with or without gas throughout the stay. there's also an outdoor seating area, perfect if you want to relax or have a smoke, and i really liked this option. i did have a good time.

the breakfast had good variety, though it mostly follows ibis standards. there is a coffee machine available all the time, so i could enjoy a cup whenever i wanted. it was great to start my days. and it was delicious

My room was very clean, REALLY, with all necessary amenities present. The bed and pillows offered great comfort. I found the water dispenser at reception a HUGE plus. Free coffee was available 24/7. I really appreciated this.
On my first morning, the wifi stopped working throughout the hotel. It was still off when I left. The staff didn't fix the issue, a REAL inconvenience.
