I found the location very convenient, being a short walk from Gare de Lyon station. There was a push-button coffee machine offering complimentary coffee anytime. Breakfast included a variety of options, such as fruit, fresh juice, yogurt, pastries, cheese, and eggs. The staff greeted me with friendly faces each morning and were very patient.
The walls seemed thin, as I could hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway.

the breakfast buffet included croissants, baguette, and a selection of cheeses. coffee and tea were available all day, and i appreciate that. the staff were very kind. they even tolerated my bad french. several employees spoke english well.
the air conditioning unit was a little noisy even when it was off.

The air conditioning did not work well enough, and the area was noisy, so i could not keep the balcony doors open. The doors were broken too. the walls seemed thin.
