the location was certainly convenient for exploring the area. the staff were also friendly and helpful at times.
the noise from the downstairs restaurant was excessive! it continued late into the night, and i found it disruptive. i suggest better soundproofing is needed.

the staff was helpful with recommendations and directions, which i found most accommodating. my room included a nice balcony with city views where i often sat. i also appreciated the proximity to many restaurants and shops, which allowed me to explore the area easily.
soundproofing was not ideal as noise from the nearby restaurant was noticeable until late.

the room was nicely renovated , and the shower was large. comfortable beds were included , which i appreciated. the location was handy to the waterfront and shopping streets.
i was not one of the lucky ones to get the city view with the rooftop pool. the photos show the hotel i booked had a pool and fabulous views , but i had neither. the hotel is located on a steep cobblestone street.

the staff provided very useful information. i found the room to be clean. the hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions. it felt secure and well kept.
the restaurant downstairs created some noise later in the evenings, it wasn't too bad though.
