The location was great. The metro and tram stops were so close (i really enjoyed that!). breakfast included a reasonable choice. I found lots of options i liked. the staff were friendly, especially simona, sandra, and eric. Their help was invaluable.

i think a fridge in the room would have been a useful addition. it could help keep drinks cool, especially during warmer months.

the hotel has filtered water stations available . a convenient carafe is in the room, allowing guests to easily refill and stay hydrated throughout their stay. these sustainability efforts are noticeable and appreciated.

The location was convenient. The metro was nearby. the breakfast offered a good variety. the pillow and mattress were very comfortable.

The room lacked storage. I had no drawers. there were not enough hangers provided. the plug device in the room seemed annoying to me.

The room's air conditioning was difficult to regulate. The room felt too cold. I had to switch off the cooling system completely. There was no safe or closed closet available.
