A Stay That Barely Scratched the Surface
unreliable heating poor drainage
The location was convenient for accessing public transport.
The room's temperature was difficult to regulate. The heating seemed to shut off at night. I woke up shivering. The shower's drainage was also poor and water pooled quickly at my feet.

excellent central stay
penthouse balcony hotel location
I stayed in a penthouse balcony room on the sixth floor. the location was the best thing about this hotel. it allowed us to walk everywhere easily. we could store luggage before and after our stay. I felt it was safe.
the hotel asked for extra charge for slippers, not great. there was no toothbrush available when i asked for one. this felt unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.

breakfast was excellent, with a good selection. the elegant lobby included a very nice breakfast area. i liked the calm atmosphere for mornings, the food was AMAZING!!!

staff were always available to assist me with questions. they stored my luggage both before and after checkout securely. i really felt very comfortable interacting with all team members.

small bathroom sink uncomfortable mattress
i was able to leave my luggage securely all day upon my early arrival.
The room was noticeably smaller than it looked in photos. This was quite disappointing. the bathroom sink was small, and even simple face washing resulted in water splashing everywhere. the mattress was also very uncomfortable, which significantly affected my sleep quality.

superb location and well-appointed rooms
beautiful design spacious room helpful staff
i was charmed by the hotel's beautiful design and thoughtful curation. our room, a mini suite after an unexpected upgrade (how cool is that?), was spacious. the staff were helpful and very kind, so that's a plus. the bar was very nice, so i could enjoy my stay.

the front desk provided quick assistance with directions. the staff efficiently managed luggage storage and retrieval. housekeeping maintained room cleanliness throughout the stay ensuring a comfortable environment.
