The family room was really spacious and modern! the bar was lovely. the food at the restaurant was nice. breakfast was very nice too! the wifi was great. It was almost better than in the uk. the staff was friendly and professional.

The air conditioning did not work well. It did not get cooler than 24 degrees in the room.

The breakfast buffet offered tasty options, including a good variety. the restaurant had very friendly service. I enjoyed a delicious dinner with very sympathetic service, so i give dining a high rating!

The staff was amazing. I received excellent service from warren, who offered plenty of help and advice. the staff worked well together. Their efforts to help were so much appreciated. i must score it very high!
