small room dirty stain
the room i got felt a bit like a penalty box. it was small. i also found some dirty stain on the blankets, which, you know, isn't exactly 4-star material, is it?

cozy stay in the heart of the action
convenient access helpful staff central location spacious room
the hotel offers convenient access to public transportation. the airport limousine bus stop is very close. i appreciated the water refilling station in the lobby. the staff was helpful with smooth check-in (jun was especially great!). the room was clean upon arrival. housekeeping cleaned it daily and replaced items. i liked that the hotel allowed early check-in. the included breakfast was acceptable. the location is super central (e-mart is nearby). the metro is less than five minutes away. the hotel is close to many restaurants. the bathroom features a separate toilet. i found the room spacious. the staff speaks english well.

Acceptable stay with some issues
mechanical noise poor communication
The location near the Myeongdong station proved convenient.
The noise from the building vents next door made it difficult to relax. I expected a better room allocation. The constant mechanical noise was annoying.
