the hotel offers convenient access to public transportation. the airport limousine bus stop is very close. i appreciated the water refilling station in the lobby. the staff was helpful with smooth check-in (jun was especially great!). the room was clean upon arrival. housekeeping cleaned it daily and replaced items. i liked that the hotel allowed early check-in. the included breakfast was acceptable. the location is super central (e-mart is nearby). the metro is less than five minutes away. the hotel is close to many restaurants. the bathroom features a separate toilet. i found the room spacious. the staff speaks english well.

The location near the Myeongdong station proved convenient.

The noise from the building vents next door made it difficult to relax. I expected a better room allocation. The constant mechanical noise was annoying.
