Decent hotel, some issues experienced.

The location is good, close to transport. The staff are friendly. The rooftop pool offered a great view. I enjoyed the blackout blinds in the room, they completely blocked the light.
The sound proofing was not great. I could hear a business party in the hotel. I asked for some items, such as cotton buds. I did not like that this was not already provided.

i found the location accessible via bts. this made moving around the area possible.
i requested late check-out, but it was rejected immediately. the smile completely disappeared from the staff's face after that. i did not raise my voice or push them.

The staff was always smiling , and they were super helpful with directions and recommendations. i found the rooftop pool to be a major plus , especially after a day of exploring. the gym had enough equipment for a quick workout. I used the treadmill each morning. the location secure hotel , and it was an easy walk to the night market.
the hallway carpets showed some wear and tear , and they could use some updating.

the rooftop pool offered a relaxing space with comfortable loungers , and it provided good views of the surroundings. the gym included treadmills , stationary bikes , and free weights, nice for varied workouts. a green area created a relaxing atmosphere.

my standard king room included a king-sized bed , a work desk , and a tv with several channels. the room also featured air conditioning , a mini-fridge , and a private bathroom with a shower. i found the bed comfortable and the room quiet.

The room was clean. The hotel provided daily cleaning. The rooftop bar had a lovely view overlooking some of the city. I found the staff approachable and cute.
I found sound proofing to be not good. I could hear people walking around the hallway and closing doors. Water running down from the toilet above was audible.
