the staff were really helpful. they made a surprise birthday arrangement for our kids, i was so thankful. breakfast had a good selection of choices too. the pool was a relief for cooling off together with kids.

The room had a great size with a balcony. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The pool was very large and gorgeous (my favorite part!). I enjoyed the public areas of the hotel including the restaurants, lobby, and meeting rooms.
The warm water was limited, a minor inconvenience.

The staff were very accomodating! specially siriwat, i think i forgot to spell his name correctly. He is one of the bell boys working on 1st march and 4th march. i was charmed by his readiness to help.
The shower never worked during all the time i staid at the hotel. the water was or cold or hot, the shower faucet was broken. It was impossible to adjust the water temperature. i talked with the people at the reception about this problem, they told me they will fix it but in the end they never fixed it. i couldn't shower for three days, that was horrible!!
