it took what was like forever to get to my floor, and they kept going up and down seemingly at random. the room size was also quite small. It felt a bit cramped.

The location is quite good. It is close to the nana station. i found a 7-eleven across the street. It was very convenient. despite being on a very busy street, i didn't hear much noise in the room.
The room safe wasn't working when i arrived, and i had to call reception. the reception sent some people. then those people sent a technician who took 30 minutes to fix the safe once he arrived. the room phone was also malfunctioning. It would just hang up mid-call.

the room was tidy and clean when i arrived. the swimming pool has a nice view over the city with a nice rooftop bar. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the street the hotel is on has quite a bit of traffic.
