decent, but service issues

unprofessional service missing luggage
the room was spacious with a kitchenette.
The service was unprofessional. after checkout and on the way to the airport, we discovered our luggage wasn't sent with us. the hotel didn't inform us or call us. No baggage tag was provided. we had to drive back to get our belongings. It was stressful.

The service was really good. Every staff member was attentive and helpful, i felt welcome. The rooms were spacious, VERY clean, and beautifully designed. It was like having a luxury apartment! I appreciated the convenient location near shops and restaurants.
The minibar was not included. I expected it to be in a five star hotel.

The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. My room included two separate sinks. I liked the rainfall shower. Each room is equipped with modern amenities that enhanced my stay. Rooms are well kept, ensuring a comfortable environment. I want to return!

I appreciate the hotel's convenient location near the Embassy shopping Centre. The hotel offers free transport to this shopping center. Mint was very helpful , and I valued her attention.
The water temperature at the pool felt slightly cool.
