the location is convenient near the bts station it was easy to get a grab at any time the room was also spacious. i did appreciate the proximity to public transportation
the bellboy service was not great upon check-in they were not readily available and i had to wait. during check-out the bellboys were again unavailable

The hotel is modern and clean. It is conveniently located near transport to other parts of the city. The light rail station is a short walk away. There are many options for eating out within walking distance.
The shower screen does not prevent water splashing. The floor mats are thin and cannot soak up water. The hotel needs to improve these issues.

breakfast selectiondirty chairpayment issue
the breakfast had a wide selection, so i could always find something to eat.
the room felt quite small and basic (i expected more from an ibis styles). the desk chair also looked rather dirty, off-putting. furthermore, the hotel deposit was taken as a "payment" instead of just blocked money on my cardwith some confusion at checkout.

Acceptable Stay, Some Definite Drawbacks
poor bellboy servicetrain noise
The bellboy service was quite poor. They were not present upon check-in. They also shouted at me when I returned to pick up my luggage. They wanted the luggage tags. Noise from the nearby train was audible in my room, not ideal for a light sleeper like me.
