The hotel surprised us with a honeymoon setup! There were teddy bears, hearts, and a lovely handwritten postcard. We received welcome drinks and sweets upon arrival. It was SO thoughtful.
I noticed some small bugs on the floor.

The hotel location is AMAZING! It is near markets and close enough to shopping. I found it very convenient, with many options for food and shopping within a short distance.

The rooftop swimming pool had a NICE view. The hotel also offered tour bookings at the reception area . It gave convenient access to travel arrangements directly from the hotel.

the staff was helpful, always ready to assist with directions and information. the family room was spacious , offering ample room for everyone to relax. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
the shower pressure was a bit weak , but it was still manageable.

the location was convenient, near the bts station, so getting around was easy.
The room had a noticeable musty smell. It wasn't pleasant. i found some strange bugs on the floor, even in the bed. the balcony door was locked, so i couldn't use that space.
