the themed decor was very sweet. the room felt roomy and it was wonderful to have good bus and train links nearby. the location near plenty of food places was great too they provided many options. it felt magical here i loved it so much
the receptionist was not very friendly when i asked about breakfast. they seemed unenthusiastic even though there was still time left. many tables in the dining area were not clean so that also dampened the experience a little it felt sad

Excellent Value and Friendly Staff!

The hotel is very clean! The staff were always friendly and handled queries efficiently. The location works well with fast access to central London and Heathrow, thanks to the Elizabeth line. The bed was amazing, so I slept well each night.
I noticed a lack of in-room amenities. No coffee and tea were provided. The absence of a kettle and cups was disappointing when I wanted a quick drink.

The film decor in communal areas was fantastic. The hotel also features a seating area outside. You can enjoy a coffee there when the weather is good.

the room was clean and there was a good selection of food for breakfast, there were also fresh towels.
the room lighting was limited, it felt too dark. i also noticed there was no separate hair conditioner, just a mix with the shampoo. there were no tissues provided, nor a hand towel or shower cap, inconvenient.
