stylish furniture great bathroom comfy bed limited food selection unfriendly staff poor soundproofing
the room was big with stylish furniture. it had a great bathroom and a comfy bed. the location was perfect. wifi is good, it had a quick connection.
the breakfasts weren't tasty, also the food selection was very limited. the staff seem unfriendly. the soundproofing was poor, i could hear everything.

I found the staff very helpful . the daily breakfast had delicious options. i also enjoyed the pool. It provided a lovely bonus.
the surrounding area is not great, so consider dining before arrival.

the hotel featured a pool with sufficient loungers, i believe twenty or so. the gym included several treadmills and stationary bikes. the spa provided a range of treatments, and the relaxation area included comfortable seating.

the staff at reception offered prompt assistance with check-in. concierge services helped with luggage storage. the cleaning staff maintained high standards, though i did have to ask twice for extra towels!

spacious apartments cozy feeling friendly staff cleanliness
The apartments are spacious and cozy. They gave me a home-away-from-home feeling. The staff was lovely. They were very helpful and friendly. I found the pool relaxing after a busy day. I was happy with the cleanliness. Everything felt very fresh.
There was no allocated parking. I had a little trouble finding a space nearby.

stylish decor comfortable bed excessive noise inadequate curtains
the room was quite spacious. it featured a modern en-suite. the kitchenette had both a fridge and a dishwasher. the decor was stylish and the bed felt very comfortable.
the deliveries outside my room created a lot of noise. deliveries occurred at all hours, even very late at night and very early in the morning. the view consisted of bins and a car park. the blackout curtains did not block enough light.

historical building art deco design empty pool
i found the historical building quite unique. the art deco design created a classy atmosphere. i especially liked that the pool was empty (it was quite fun!).
the automatic discretionary administration charge added to the bill on departure felt a bit off. i would have preferred more transparency in the pricing structure.

Excellent Amenities and Location
spacious room clean room cardio machines
The room was spacious and very clean. The gym has multiple cardio machines. I enjoyed the pool area a lot. It featured several loungers. The included breakfast was a good perk with many options.
Soundproofing could be better, as I heard some noise from nearby rooms.
