riverside charm and super staff!
riverside location river view wide selection
the hotel's location along the river is great, i especially liked the little walking path nearby. our room included a small balcony with a river view (it was lovely!). the pub downstairs offered a wide selection of drinks, including cider and ale with snacks.
the bathroom door handle was loose in my room.

the room had complimentary teas, coffees, and chocolates. the room had river views. the bed was comfy, and there were ample supplies for a great stay.

The breakfast offered great continental buffet options (especially the fresh fruit). a la carte options were also available. the parking is conveniently priced. You pay inside the hotel for the council-owned parking lot.

the hotel is near a walking path leading to runnymede, about 20 minutes away. the railway station is within a short walk. heathrow terminal 5 is also very close.

friendly greeting coffee facilities delicious breakfast older hotel no elevator pricey drinks
The staff welcomed me in a friendly way upon my arrival. the room included lovely tea and coffee making facilities. i enjoyed a delicious breakfast the following morning. It was tasty. i found easy parking right outside, convenient.
I discovered that the hotel was older than the photos suggested. there was no elevator, made managing luggage difficult. the drinks at the bar seemed pricey to me. I expected them to be lower.

a bit underwhelming, tbh
sloping floor hard pillows
the floor was kinda wonky in my room. it sloped in a weird way. also, the pillows was like ROCKS. i ended up not using them all night. my neck KILLED me in the morning.

great service lovely decor river views pricey drinks hair uncomfortable bed
The staff provided great service. the room decor was lovely. It was well appointed too. i also enjoyed the river views .
the bar drinks were pricey. i found some hair left in the shower, which wasn't ideal. the bed dipped in the middle, it was also uncomfortable.
