Immaculate Hotel with Excellent Service

The hotel's proximity to Canary Wharf train station proved very convenient. The room was modern and clean, i found it a great value for the price. The staff were lovely and helpful with all my requests. I enjoyed using the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. They were all perfect.
I experienced a minor inconvenience, the tv volume was set too low. I could barely hear it at the end of a busy day (i just wanted to relax).

The breakfast offered a huge variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The dining area was clean, with waitresses providing very nice service. They were always ensuring tables were clear. I found it a good experience.

The pool was cold, which i didn't like. the bar prices were too high. The drinks cost £43. there was a service charge added to the bill. I found this strange.

The gym had sufficient equipment for my needs. I used the available weights. I also found a good selection of machines for cardio workouts. The room offered a functional workspace with ample lighting. I liked that. There was also a comfortable chair. This helped me stay productive ! The location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. I enjoyed a short walk to a local park. Public transportation was also easily accessible nearby.
The in-room entertainment system was somewhat limited. I noticed there were no options for streaming my own content! Housekeeping often arrived early. They came around 9:30 a.m. on one morning, a bit inconvenient. The bathroom door had a sign on it. It advised not to close it, but I didn't understand why.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (I left my jacket, and they kept it for me). I needed robes for the swimming pool, and they brought them to the room within 10 minutes. The room was very nice with little add-ons like a light in the wardrobe and under the sink. Plus, the room provided free water and a fridge for my cola.
Upon arrival, the room smelled of curry. Maybe it was from a previous stay. The room was very cold and it took ages to warm up.

aalyan at the check-in desk was cute , immediately putting me at ease. he clearly explained the breakfast buffet , highlighting its great value. he walked me through the pool , sauna , and gym access , which i later took full advantage of.
the in-room phone had to be unplugged after speaking with reception , it was not functioning as expected.

The swimming pool felt quite cold. I am unsure if it was supposed to be heated. The hotel details did not specify that.
