pleasant receptionsecure storageroom safe
the reception staff were very pleasant I appreciated their warm welcome. the hotel offers secure storage for bags until check-in time so I didn't worry about my luggage. the room had a safe and it gave me peace of mind.

My room smelled a bit musty upon arrival. also, the shower design is flawed. Water splashed everywhere, even with careful use (it seems a full enclosure is needed).

mixed feelings due problems in room
convenient locationnon-functional air conditioning
the location was acceptable. it was near metro stations.
the air conditioning unit did not work. i suspect a service and filter change is needed. the rooms will become unpleasant in the summer.
