The free airport shuttle operated efficiently. It was quick and easy.
I found several issues . The room's air conditioning did not function adequately. I requested assistance, but the problem was not resolved. the breakfast buffet had limited options, the selection was quite poor.

the hotel provided a convenient free shuttle to the airport. the staff was friendly and offered prompt service. my room was a standard double room sofa and it was quite spacious. the included breakfast had many options.
the burger from the restaurant took a bit long.

the breakfast buffet included blinis and a variety of hot and cold options. the restaurant offered a limited menu, but the quality was satisfactory (i especially liked the breakfast). room service is available, though it might be slow during peak hours.

Really good Experience Near the Airport

The reception desk lady was very kind! She helped when we arrived much earlier. Ivan also assisted us the next day with the airport transfer. He was charming. We really felt well taken care of during our time. The staff was helpful and polite.
I waited thirty minutes for a burger. It arrived stone cold, I have no idea what was happening. I sent it back, it reappeared very quickly, it was clearly microwaved.

The room was clean and spacious. It had a very beautiful bathroom. A nice design was great, but also functional. The bed provided excellent comfort for a restful night.

the hotel offers a free taxi shuttle to the airport. the decor in the hotel is modern and original. the room i was in was comfortable.
the barman refused to serve because he was busy. my burger in the restaurant was served raw. there were not any options to eat or drink within walking distance.
