wide selection tasty foods

the breakfast was excellent (a lot of choices!). i especially liked the wide selection of tasty foods. the staff was very helpful, a helpful staff, and the room was very clean and neat.

the sofa was too small, so it wasn't very comfortable.

tapping sound mattress cover

the room was large enough for one person it was also nice and neat

i was woken up at 06:30am by a tapping sound it seemed like someone was fixing something the tapping continued until 08:30am i reported this to the reception but this didn't seem to help the bed also had a mattress cover that was like an afterthought

reasonable stay

available staff water cooler high temperature poor control

the staff were always available. they were able to handle special requests. i really appreciated the water cooler out in the hall. wifi was much better than most. i could walk to a lot of great spots.

the room is too hot to sleep, and sleep is important. i set the thermostat low, but the room remained warm in the morning! when i left the room, the thermostat reset to a higher temperature.
