The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is quite good near bus stops. I found it easy to reach the city center and old town. There is a convenience store located very close to the hotel.
The air conditioning did not cool the room enough the pillows were also uncomfortable.

Free water is available near reception for filling bottles. This service is useful and it helps to stay hydrated. I also saw vending machines available near the lobby offering snacks and drinks.
