the hotel has a tv with youtube.. i found this feature really useful. i also appreciated the location near the train station. the staff ensured the hotel was well decorated.
The shower box is not fully inside the bathroom. It only has a curtain in the middle of the room, impacting privacy.

the location was really convenient near the main train station. the room was clean and well organized with adequate size. breakfast offered a tasty coffee and a good variety of fresh fruits. the staff at reception were kind and friendly.
the hotel was basic with building works happening next door at 7am i slept poorly because of the uncomfortable bed and curtains that let light in there were no facilities for hot drinks other than from the bar.

the room design was nice and convenient. the room included basic furniture for a comfortable stay and was well kept. towels were replaced daily, ensuring freshness. the space was efficiently used.

the reception staff provided excellent customer service. check-in was quick and efficient. the staff was helpful with directions and local information. i found them to be polite and responsive to inquiries.

the location seemed fine, and the staff were helpful.
The room felt excessively small. i could BARELY move around with my suitcase. also, the shower placement was odd. It was pretty much IN the room itself and the water leaked everywhere because the door didn't seal properly.

self check in was simple and quick the accommodation was clean and had a nice aesthetic i found a plug compatible with eu types in the room which was convenient. the variety of food at breakfast suited my needs well
shower area lacked privacy the transparent glass screen was located right next to the basin.

breakfast had a good selection of items including fresh fruit i did not expect such variety from a hotel of this class. the breakfast area was clean and the staff kept it well-stocked during peak hours.

the hotel is close to the main station making it easy to get around even walking uphill from the station is manageable. a tram stop nearby adds to the convenience providing quick access to different parts of the city.

reception staff were helpful particularly one staff member provided detailed directions and restaurant recommendations. the pay per use laundry room on level 2 was convenient and well maintained i did purchase a token from the check in counter.

The staff was helpful. That was appreciated.
The shower design was a real problem. Water leaked all over the room because of the inadequate door. the room lacked air conditioning. It made for an uncomfortable night.
