i found the location excellent, close to many good restaurants. the staff was helpful and the recreational areas were comfortable. bus stop 15 was very close to the hotel (useful for excursion pickups).
i noticed the room lacked body lotion and a shower cap (basic for a 4-star hotel).

the hotel is near the harbour, a very short walk to many restaurants. the bus stop outside the hotel is convenient, and it collects people for many excursions, very useful.

the staff were always helpful (especially with directions and recommendations). they provided pamphlets with local information, a nice touch. the reception service was efficient and responsive to queries.
