old room unhelpful receptionists
The breakfast was everything I needed, a GOOD start to the day.
The room I was given felt old. It did NOT supply body lotion or a shower cap. I found these to be basic necessities for a supposed 4-star hotel! The receptionists were cold and unhelpful.

city exploration comfortable bed common seating
The location was EXCELLENT for city exploration and planned excursions. The bed provided good comfort, and the room's consistent warmth was appreciable during my December stay. I valued the many common seating areas and the thoughtful inclusion of fire pits, especially given the winter season.

amazing stay!
helpful staff marina attraction top floor coffee maker
I found the staff Excellent and very helpful. The location felt perfect. It was close to attractions by the marina and had an easy walk to busier areas. i had a nice balcony facing the water on the top floor. The espresso maker for coffee and tea was a MUST have.
the bathroom door in my room had a big gap all around, it lacked an actual doorknob. i had to hang a towel over the door gap just to get some privacy.

the breakfast had great coffee and it was plentiful. i recommend the soup from the onsite restaurant, it was excellent. the hotel offered a good selection of lunch options including tasty burgers and a daily fish dish or soup.

the hotel common areas had a nice interior design. the common areas were comfortable to sit and hang out. the hotel location was convenient to grocery stores, shopping, and dining options, this was very useful for our travel.

the personel was kind and helpful in all matters. the staff booked tours if needed. the cleaning was of high quality and happened unnoticed every day, something i really appreciate when i'm enjoying my vacation time.

noisy room bathroom privacy
the staff were friendly and helpful , which i appreciated.
The room was quite noisy because it faced a road used late at night. Trucks and motorcycles were constantly passing by. it was difficult to sleep well. the bathroom door had a large gap, and it lacked a proper doorknob, so there was no privacy at all. It was awkward.

helpful staff easy access warm decor blocked view lukewarm food missing eggs
the staff was helpful. the hotel location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i found the room decor interesting and warm. it felt comfortable.
my room faced a building, blocking the city view. the breakfast buffet had hot items that were lukewarm. also, there was no option for fresh cooked eggs.

convenient harbour stay
great location helpful staff comfortable areas
i found the location excellent, close to many good restaurants. the staff was helpful and the recreational areas were comfortable. bus stop 15 was very close to the hotel (useful for excursion pickups).
i noticed the room lacked body lotion and a shower cap (basic for a 4-star hotel).
