i found the staff very helpful. They spoke english and they gave me travel insights. The location offered super convenience for travel around. I found doggy props for dog owners to take pics with. IT was super cute.
the safe WAS broken in my room. This was an inconvenience because i had to carry all my documents with me.

The train station was NEARBY. I appreciated how close it was. The staff were very friendly and polite, ALWAYS ready to help. I also liked that there was a convenience store so close. VERY handy for snacks.
The rooms were small, REALLY small. There was not much space to hang anything. The air conditioner made EXCESSIVE noise in the room. I found it hard to sleep sometimes.

The staff's English skills were excellent. They helped with directions. The hotel is near a small supermarket and a 7-Eleven. This was very useful. The yellow line train is a short walk away. It connects to the Yamanote line.

i found the hotel very close to asakusabashi station (a 3 min walk to the west exit). it is also one station away from akihabara. the hotel has direct train lines to narita and haneda airports. i liked the storage options in the room and saw many cute dogs in the cafe. the staff was very helpful and nice. i could get free amenities each day. a 7-eleven is very close, and there is also a lawson nearby.
the safe in my room was broken and the cabinets looked a little old.
