the shared kitchen included cooking facilities. free tea and coffee were also available, acceptable.
the room lacked sound proofing. i found it impossible to sleep because cleaning staff created considerable noise between 7:30 and 8:00 am. the staff member was nice, but the noise insulation was nonexistent..

the location was near the bus terminal, it took about 15 minutes by foot. the shared kitchen was convenient, it allowed me to prepare meals and store groceries. free coffee and tea were available all day from the machine. the staff was helpful when present.
The pillows felt uncomfortable. I think they could improve them.

Practical and Convenient Stay

The self-check-in process was straightforward. An area is available upstairs for breakfast. The room I occupied was quiet. The location allowed easy access to tour pickups at the BSI bus station.
The entry to the back of the building was not inviting. The towels felt old and tattered. The pillows provided were lumpy.

The kitchen provides adequate cooking utensils. I saw a supply of coffee freely available all day. Newer utensils in the shared kitchen would enhance food preparation , I did not see a large variety of utensils.
