my room was immaculate and offered a great view it was a nine out of ten i found the staff to be really good especially tacina she greeted me with professionalism warmth and friendliness rob fournier a chief concierge provided excellent restaurant recommendations he knew his stuff i look forward to returning soon.

overnight laundry service wasn't available until 10:30 am which wasn't convenient for my meetings i ended up washing clothes in the bathtub.

i appreciated the prompt service from the staff. my room had a comfortable newer mattress and a high-quality tv channel lineup. room service was also high quality and delicious. the steam room worked perfectly.

the furniture in the other room was not comfortable.

the hotel is located on the waterfront and i found this to be a prime location. it was easy to get to nearby choices and events. using uber was convenient for getting in and out of the area.

I was pleased with the prompt valet service. Leo provided a smooth check-in experience and even gave an upgraded corner suite. The suite was HUGE at 1200 ft. ², and it included two bathrooms. Adam, the concierge, provided helpful recommendations.

The furniture in the sitting room was slightly uncomfortable , but the bed was great.

The hotel has modern decor and a beautiful outdoor area directly on the water i found excellent. the indoor pool suited children at any time of year. It made the winter getaway perfect. the location allowed a brief walk into the seaport area. It was very accessible.

the breakfast buffet offered little variety it was the same i found over two years.

The front desk staff was very helpful at check-in, resolving a minor issue with our reservation quickly and efficiently. The concierge offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and provided directions and the waitstaff in the restaurant were attentive. The whole experience was enjoyable.
