the hotel location was superb it allowed easy access to many attractions. the room was clean and the bathroom included a very nice shower.
the pillows provided were of poor quality i found them quite uncomfortable.

the location was indeed superb. it was very central and close to bus and metro access and gran via. i could walk to a flamenco show from there too.
The hairdryer in my room wasn't working properly. the staff had to provide another one, though it seemed quite old. there weren't tea or coffee facilities in the room. This was quite unusual for a hotel in this category.

The hotel is located near the Gran Vía. I walked easily to many main attractions like the Prado and Plaza Mayor. Breakfast included diverse options. Fresh fruit was a welcome addition. The staff were friendly, which I appreciated.

The location really is unbeatable. Every major attraction appears nearby as I walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly. They helped me with directions. Breakfast had various options, I find it good. The room was clean and functional.
