The room was spacious. Housekeeping maintained perfect standards, with prompt service upon request. I appreciated that an iron arrived within minutes of my asking for it, a nice touch. I enjoyed that the hotel is a short walk from Gran Via and the Royal Palace.
I found the drop-off entrance under remodel. This caused some minor inconvenience.

clean roomcomfortable bednice location
my room was clean the bed was comfortable i liked that the location was close to the metro. i found the neighborhood to be quite nice. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions.

the room offered necessary amenities for a comfortable stay the twin beds were neatly made and provided adequate space for two guests a work desk and chair allowed for business tasks.

the hotel included a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes i saw the restaurant served breakfast daily from 7 am to 10:30 am i also observed a 24-hour front desk for assistance.
