Excellent Stay Within the Walls

The hotel's location inside the city walls was a huge plus (it made exploring very convenient). I enjoyed the complimentary afternoon coffee and pastries. The staff was very helpful with parking my car and providing directions.

The staff provided very helpful service and seemed happy to assist. I used the free bikes, it was a scenic ride around the ancient walls. The hotel offers complimentary snacks and soft drinks during the day. There was also happy hour with self-serve beer and Prosecco.
My room had very thin walls.

This hotel is just inside the city walls. It is only a few minutes walk to the main parts of the historical city. The train station is a short walk from the hotel, that provides services to Pisa and Florence.

Breakfast included pastries, hams, cheeses, bacon and scrambled eggs. A buffet team helped service the breakfast. Guests could also make their Aperol Spritz for €6. I found many fine restaurants within walking distance, and reservations were useful.

I had a modern Double Room. It was well appointed. It provided views of a canal, , made the scenery very relaxing, and it was also very quiet. The room was spacious for one person.

The hotel provides free bikes . I also used the complimentary snack and soft drink bar during the day, it was a welcome treat. A happy hour is offered between 5 and 7 pm.

The location was great. It provided easy access to attractions. The provided bikes were a nice touch. I used them to explore the surrounding area.
The in-room safe was a little small.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. I saw fresh pastries, fruit, and eggs. The coffee was AMAZING!!! The staff kept the area very clean.
