a MOST Romantic retreat

the Staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast included a wide selection of fruit and cakes. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a large bedroom. a coffee machine with pods was available in my room.
the Mattress in the room was quite firm , and i think other guests could feel this way.

The hotel room was very clean. it had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay! the hotel offers on-site dining. I found this very convenient! the breakfast buffet was abundant with many choices.
the air conditioning was difficult to control. the room temperature remained at 25 degrees celsius. i could not adjust the ac unit.

The staff were cute and helpful. They always answered my questions. the reception staff helped me arrange taxis quickly. the restaurant staff was quick and polite. they were clearly well-trained.

The hotel is close to the train station. It is a short walk! this made day trips to other cities easy. the hotel is also within walking distance of the main attractions. it was easy to explore the city.

the staff were friendly. the shower in the bathroom was good. the breakfast selection had variety (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the bar area included a nice outside seating area.
the mattresses felt quite firm. i raised this concern but was informed all rooms have the same type of mattress. i found the mattress. i also found it unsuitable and not up to the expected standard.

a gentle italian embrace
cute receptionistperfect darknesscentral train stationfew sockets
the staff were lovely and cute, i appreciated how little was too much trouble for them. our room had shutters that covered the window completely, providing perfect darkness for restful sleep. the hotel is close to the train station, made traveling to surrounding areas simple.
the room could use more sockets, as only one was available plus one for the shaver in the bathroom. bringing a multi-use adapter is helpful.

the hotel is located a short distance from the leaning tower, approximately a fifteen minute walk, it is a nice stroll. a bar lounge provides a space to relax. parking is available for a fee.

breakfast includes a wide selection of pastries, ham, bacon, cheese, and fruits, a good array of options. breakfast was tasty and plentiful. i enjoyed the opportunity to start the day with good food.

the front desk person treated me professionally, their service was perfect. reception staff provided helpful information for our visit. the staff clearly enjoy working at the hotel, their positive energy is infectious.

the breakfast area was disorganized. food placement made it easy for things to fall into it (a real mess). the scrambled eggs were in clumps, and the bacon was cold. it could have been much better organized.
