This hotel provided a very good experience. The organization was thorough. The staff was helpful and FRIENDLY. I especially appreciated their attention. The hotel's calm atmosphere was wonderful. It is a great place for couples. The rooms were very comfy and tidy with daily housekeeping.
The rooms felt basic for three people. It was not adequate. I think clarity on room size would be helpful. The view was awful down the side of a street, sometimes quite loud.

The hotel's location is convenient, very near the airport. The beach, shops, and restaurants are also within easy reach. I could quickly access everything I needed, helpful.

The room featured comfortable beds. I slept really well each night. A small refrigerator was available. I used it to store my beverages. The daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. I appreciate it.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, they always tried to fulfill all requests. The bartenders were particularly warm. I enjoyed chatting with them. The reception staff provided quick and efficient assistance. I AM grateful

The staff was helpful. the food had much choice. the room was clean and the drinks were perfect. i would definitely return. It's a great place! antonio at reception was really helpful and available for any request.

repetitive mealsplastic cups
The food was quite disappointing. i found the meals repetitive and not very flavorful, especially the warm dishes at lunch and dinner. drinks served in plastic cups felt cheap, especially indoors. I expected glasses at least in the bar area. the noise was also a major issue. Inconsiderate guests slamming doors made it hard to sleep. i think better soundproofing would greatly improve the stay.

fresh roomfood choices
the room was cleaned daily and it was very fresh. the location suited me perfectly, close to the airport and the beach. i walked to nearby restaurants easily. i enjoyed the food choices at breakfast.
the tv remote did not always work well.
